April 15th - Birthday of Ella Marie and Income Tax Day
Wow! How the year has flown. Sweet baby girl you are now one year old. We had such a fun day with you. The only thing better would have been being home with you all day. This morning we woke you up with singing and a balloon. This was quickly followed by a new chair and a muffin. Today you wore your birthday shirt and took cupcakes to share with your friends at the sitter. We then took you out to eat at the Cheesecake Factory and then came home to open cards from your sweet family. You were so happy today and we could tell you knew the day was special.
Over this past year you have changed so much. We are loving this new stage of your life with your little personality shinning though. Here are some things I want to remember...
- You are taking steps and started to do some walking. You love to eat. Some of your favorites are kiwi (and all fruits in general), veggie crackers, chicken, peas and waffles.
- You have recently discovered the Mickey Mouse club on TV and that is a fun treat for you to watch while eating breakfast.
- You love to play with your toys and read books. The blue car and all of your ducks are definitely your favorites.
- Your laugh is one of the best sounds in the world. It makes everyone smile.
- You are such a good sleeper. We have been blessed with this since you were little.
